App Store

The App Store that comes with the ZettOS system provides a rich variety of applications to help you effectively expand your device's functionality. Here, you can install and manage applications at any time.

What's the difference between App Store and Docker

  • App Store
It is an application distribution platform, with core functions including application storage, display, download, update, and user management. For example, Apple's App Store, CasaOS App Store, etc., all provide one-stop application acquisition and management services. Some technical app stores (such as Docker-based APP Stores) also support application orchestration and deployment, allowing users to overlay multiple applications to implement complex business logic.
  • Docker
It is a containerization engine, whose main function is to package applications and their dependencies into lightweight containers to achieve environment isolation, rapid deployment, and cross-platform operation. Docker solves the problem of inconsistency between development and production environments through technologies such as layered storage, image management, and container orchestration.
